Q.Do you give a guarantee with your remaps? A. Yes of course, all of our remaps come with a 28 day return to stock and money back warranty. After 28 days we will put the vehicle back to stock at any time free of charge. Q.Can my car be easily put back to how it was originally? A. Yes, we keep a copy of the original file for every verhicle that we tune. We can return the vehicle to standard settings at any time. If you bring the vehicle to us the reversal is free of charge. Q.My car is still under warranty, will your remap affect this? A. Under normal circumstances the tuned file is virtually undetectable even with main dealer diagnostic tools. However there is no such thing as a totally undetectable remap so we would recommend that you would bring the vehicle back to us to have the stock file reinstated free of charge in the case of any warranty claim. Q.Will a remap shorten the life of my engine? A. Certainly not under normal driving conditions. There are good and bad remaps unfortunately and poor quality tuning can have a detrimental affect on your engine, turbo, clutch and gearbox. There are many horror stories around on the internet usually caused by DIY tuners practising with customers cars. Our maps are tuned by professionals with a wealth of specialist knowledge in the electronic tuning industry. If you have your car serviced and keep it reasonably well maintained you won't have a problem. Q.Does your mobile service cover my area? A. We are located in Doncaster and for mobile remaps we will travel a distance of up to 40 miles from Doncaster. If you are not in our area you are welcome to fetch your car to us or we may be able to recommend one our tuning partners local to you. We will travel further in cases where there is more than one vehicle to remap.
